1. Hardware and Laser Processing Workshop

Hardware is one of the most important elements of Lohabour Furniture, it is used as sofa couch legs, table and chair legs. After cutting, bending, welding, drilling, grinding, polishing, electroplating and other processes, the steel finally takes on various forms.

Lohabour Furniture Factory has a separate production line of welding automation equipment (also called welding robot), which breaks through the traditional rigid automation method of welding and opens up a new flexible automation method, making it possible to automate welding production of small batches of products. Robotic welding is easy to stabilize and improve the quality of welded products, ensure its uniformity and reduce the technical difficulty of workers.

For the processing of hardware accessories, the performance and service life of the die-casting mold can be greatly improved through strict and reasonable technical treatment of the surface of the die-casting mold. For example, surface laser processing technology and coating technology of die-casting molds. Lohabour furniture has a complete supply chain of laser cutting, laser processing and coating production production lines. The laser cutting process has the characteristics of precision, flexibility and high efficiency, and can effectively process various complex parts. Just do the cutting graphics, import them into the control system, and then set the size for cutting. In addition to the incomparable flexibility and processing accuracy of traditional cutting, corner cutting, hole opening and trimming, the laser pipe cutting machine can also achieve customized and personalized high-volume production. It can replace multiple processes such as drilling and sawing, etc. The finished product does not need to be polished in the later stage, which improves efficiency and saves production costs.

2. Joinery and painting workshop

Lohabour Furniture introduced Intelligent Design&Production Integration System to manage orders to maintain its comprehensive competitiveness. After the order is completed by the designer, a data package will be generated and sent to the production department for order optimization. All the data for order constitution will then be transmitted to each stop and machine for producing preparation, which largely reduces the labor participation and human errors.

The factory have 4 top cutting machines (3 sets of German Homag electronic cutting saws, and 1 Chinesse Nanxing electronic cutting saw), every day it can open 7000~12000 small plates and the error range of the board after cutting is less than 0.1mm.

furthermore Lohabour Furniture have 3 top edge banding machines (2 KDT and 1 Nanxing), which can finish 100 pieces of 4-side board every hour. For hot melt glue the factory use Jowat Germany products. It starts to melt only when the temperature reaches 177℃. Its environmentally-friendly as well no poisonous smell.

Every boards will be sticked one QR code to show how the production status it is. After plates drilling and transmitted to sorting area, QC will be check the size, colors as well as other defects according to drawing design.

The factory painting processing takes the lead in Guangdong. Its to be painted the base coat and dried for 3~4 hours for sanding. This process need to be repeated three times. After base coat, its moved to dust-free room to paint color on it. there will be lacquered top coat for 2~3 times by at least 8hours each time at 42℃ in baking room. The worker will clean and polish it after painting and put the protection film on the top.

3. Upholstery and Finishing Workshop

The production of upholstered furniture such as sofas, beds and chairs is mainly divided into 10 major processes, respectively are designing, molding, framing, sponge cutting, sponge gluing, elastic band nailing, leather and fabric sewing, wrapping, quality inspection and warehousing. The quality of a set of finished upholstery products, in addition to raw materials, is mainly subject to design and workmanship, of which workmanship accounts for the vast majority. Lohabour furniture soft furniture molding is helmed by a master with more than 20 years of experience. First, the design team gives 3D and 2D models according to customer customization requirements, and then transfers to the molding master to verify the size and structural rationality.

The upholstered furniture fabric or leather wrapping is the most difficult part in the entire sofa process. The appearance of the product is all about this. Therefore, it is traditionally hand-made and cannot be completed by mechanical processing. 4. Rattan Knitting Workshop

Lohabour patio rattan furniture texture is firm yet tough.

There are many choices of rattans which is up to 600 known species. Among them, PE rattan, agate rattan, red rattan, sand rattan and Bataan rattan are the most commonly used. The agate rattan is thick,smooth and full, with uniform color and no spots, and less moth-eaten. It is a good material for making rattan chair skeleton. For the choice of wood, Lohabour furniture adopts imported North American ash wood. The height of the mature tree reaches 40m, and the maximum diameter is about 1.5m. The cut surface is smooth, the wood texture is clear and natural, and the finished solid wood texture of the furniture is super strong. Suitable for dry climates with minimal aging.

Lohabour furniture pays attention to the rattan weaving process. On the basic frame of the produced rattan furniture, according to the designed plan, after processing the raw materials, hand weaving is carried out to decorate the surface of the furniture.

5. Trial Fit-up and Quality Inspection Workshop

Products will be trial fit-up and inspection by Lohabour Furniture Factory before shipment. A test had been made by us shows that there will have no damage when the assembled package is dropped from the truck directly to the ground. For project order or special orders with unique finishing and technology, we will try the installation first before massive production and packaging.
